sushi and beach

I've surprisingly been busy since my last post in July, but at the same time, not busy at all.  The most surprising thing of all is how fast time has gone by.

Since July I've had an English Camp, got a new co-worker, and been to a few places here and there.
I had actually forgotten until this very moment, but I had traveled to Korea in August.  Although I had personally vowed to never visit Korea, I actually had a good time there.  I wouldn't say that I'd ever go back, but I enjoyed my time.

More recently, I had a day trip to Shimonoseki with good company.  We ate sushi and went to the beach.  The beach was empty.  We wondered why.  Once we entered the water we instantly understood.  It was cold.  I find it strange that I went to the beach in Japan, as I would never go to the beach in Hawaii.  I suppose we always miss things when we can no longer have them.  Though the beach wasn't good and I wouldn't plan on going back anytime soon, if ever.

A few more exciting things will happen in the near future so I'll be looking forward to that.  Hopefully I'll also find the motivation to update my posts as well.

I now have a new phone.  Meaning that I can now take pictures once again.  I'm beginning to realize perhaps that's the reason why I didn't update my blog.  I have no pictures from Korea as my old phone's camera didn't work.  It eventually stopped working at all.  But a new phone has been acquired so I expect pictures and more posts to follow.
